Not one fabric — a fabric library. Corduroy, plush velvets, PVC & coated fabrics, with custom color matching to your brand palette. Sourced from multiple long-term partner mills in Hangzhou.
Sewing Production
Removable, machine-washable covers with hidden zippers. Double-needle edge finishing. Two QC gates: in-line check during sewing + final AQL inspection before packing.
Compression Packing
Two supply models: Model A — full sets, vacuum-compressed, retail-ready. Model B — covers only, flat-packed. You ship fabric, not foam.
EU Compliance Support
CE toy-safety (EN 71 series) compliance and EU PPWR packaging regulation support. Test reports included with every batch. Certificates available under NDA.
